Hello Members,

We would like to welcome everyone along with their family for the fun event.

What : Arkansas Tamil Sangam Summer Picnic

Where : Pavilion 2, Maumelle Park, Little Rock, AR.

Directions

A variety of games will be conducted for all age groups, with opportunities to win medals and gifts.
Lunch will be provided by Sangam!! In addition, snacks, juice, tea, and dinner boxes will be available for purchase in support of the fundraising initiative.

Events:

Every year Arkansas Tamil Sangam organizes four scheduled events

1. Tamil New Year/ ITLC Annual Day

This event is a celebration of our Tamil New Year and the annual day of Institute of Tamil Language and Culture organized by ARTS every year.

2. Picnic/ Sports Day

This event is a picnic and sports in a park. We have been doing this event every year in summer at Maumelle Park.

3. Deepavali

This event is a celebration of festival of light. It is a regular event organized by ARTS every year.

4. Pongal

This event is a celebration of Thamizhar Thirunal. This is a regular event organized by ARTS every year.

Apart from those events ARTS is organizing non scheduled Sports Events, Tamil Learning Programs, Blood Drive etc.
